It’s only been 31 days since I started making art again.

That’s fucking wild.

I’ve had more impact in my professional career and personal life in the last 30 days than in the previous 11 years.

I’m scaling myself - my real self now.

I’m finally becoming the manager I always dreamed of having, always dreamed I could be.

I had to let go of the maker at work by becoming a maker in life.

I’m leading again after years of studying, experimenting, and learning.

I tried to lead by following masters

I tried to be Napoleon I tried to be Ender, Bean, and Peter I tried to be all the biographies & generals I tried to be Munger & NNT I tried to be Rockefeller, JP, and Carnegie I tried to be the Dado, Kai, and Silicon Valley I tried to be Paul, Joan,JH, and Moritz I tried to be Paul Atreidis

I needed to try to be others, to learn from the masters.

But now I need to chase after my leadership style.

I always thought my leadership style was formless

But I have a style,

I need to lead again as Jig the 17 year old jig the dreamer who began this journey.

The dreamer who led with his heart who followed his intuition and his energy.

I burn and bleed for others

That’s me again now.
